About the Opportunity
Inizio Engage has a longstanding partnership with a leading Biotechnology organization, supporting their Commercial, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs divisions. We are currently seeking Team Leaders to supervise call center staff and ensure exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels.
Position Details
Salary: $22/hr
Location: Remote (must have a dedicated home office space)

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Call Center Supervisor by acting as an intermediary for the team and managing telecommunications, while also assisting with project leadership
- Provide excellent customer service via multiple communication channels
- Support Business Unit Directors, Operations Managers, and Client Account Managers on project initiatives
- Update training materials and conduct training sessions as directed
- Investigate inquiries and complaints, handle escalations
- Monitor calls and provide timely feedback to Healthcare Communicators
- Develop ideas for process improvements using creativity and innovation
- Assist with compiling monthly program metrics
- Disseminate project information and directives to the team
- Lead by example, demonstrating compliance, integrity, and collaboration
- Maintain high quality and productivity standards, adhering to scripts and guidelines
- Accurately document data, including adverse events, following client and federal guidelines
- Communicate empathetically with callers, simplifying medical terminology when necessary
- Perform administrative duties and other non-telecommunication tasks as needed
- Follow all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA regulations
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Fluent in Spanish (required) 🌐
- Previous experience in Contact Center Leadership roles
- REMS experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with Verint, Salesforce, Five9 (preferred)
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and willingness to learn new software
- Capability to participate in frequent meetings without disruption
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and train staff
- Dedicated, quiet home office space required 🏡
