Role and Responsibilities

Team Lead – Production Department

Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, the Team Lead is responsible for coordinating the production of work orders and transfers. Success in this role is measured by maintaining or exceeding standard UPH (Units Per Hour) and efficiency goals, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.

Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: Friday – Sunday, 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM
• Compensation: $21.50 per hour + $1.50 shift differential
• Status: Non-Exempt

Essential Functions of the Job

• Work closely with the Production Supervisor to coordinate tasks
• Plan production activities within the area (Pick to Lite)
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed by associates
• Verify the accuracy of all work and product pulls for production
• Ensure produced items are correctly scanned and staged for put-away
• Immediately close or verify closure of all work orders/transfers post-production
• Communicate any issues promptly to the Production Supervisor
• Collaborate with IC and dock teams to maintain smooth product flow
• Verify all time sheets are completed accurately
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Be computer literate — familiarity with Windows-based systems is a plus
• Implement and apply Group Best Practices

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience working in a production environment (Pick to Lite experience a plus)
• 1 year in a lead capacity

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Flexible schedule is a must
• Positive approach towards tasks and team collaboration
