As an AWS Enterprise Support Technical Account Manager (TAM), you'll act as a principal technical advisor and voice of the customer, guiding them through their cloud journey across diverse technologies such as:
- Compute
- Storage
- Database
- Big Data
- Application-level Services
- Networking
- Serverless Computing
- Deployment & Security
This role is non-sales; it's about building trusted relationships, providing strategic guidance, and helping customers optimize their cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities 🚀
- Provide consultative architectural and operational guidance tailored to customer applications and use-cases.
- Conduct Strategic Business Reviews, Security Improvement Programs, Well-Architected reviews, and Cost Optimization workshops.
- Advise on architecture, governance, security, compliance, and operational best practices.
- Represent AWS effectively within customer environments, engaging with senior leadership on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
- Proactively ensure operational health and resilience of customer environments.
- Develop deep relationships to understand customer needs and help maximize value from AWS.
- Travel up to 10% or more as required.

Basic Qualifications ✅
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field, with 2+ years of relevant experience or 4+ years of related work experience.
- At least 2 years of technical engineering experience.
- Experience in IT operations.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Preferred Qualifications 🌟
- Knowledge of the AWS Well-Architected Framework pillars and their application to customer solutions.
- Experience as a technical lead with internal or external customers.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with executive stakeholders.
- Experience in 24/7 operational services/support environments.
- Familiarity with AWS services and other cloud platforms.
- Ability to identify, evaluate, and solve complex technical and operational challenges.
