The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) acts as a strategic, full-cycle recruiting partner, specializing in high-volume sourcing, relationship building, and talent pipeline development. Success in this role requires a person who excels at nurturing relationships, proactively sourcing talent, and confidently pursuing passive candidates through networking and outreach.

What's In It For You 🎯

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across all lines of business in the insurance industry
  • Engage in extensive sourcing of passive insurance candidates via networking, cold-calling, and leveraging databases such as Workday, Phenom, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, Handshake, social media, and other online resources
  • Conduct candidate phone screens, provide constructive feedback, schedule interviews, review assessment results, and collaborate on hiring decisions—focusing on delivering a positive candidate experience and hiring top talent
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for current and future requisitions
  • Establish strong relationships as a trusted advisor and business partner, offering consultative recruitment services to influence the talent strategy
  • Manage recruitment processes, track, and onboard candidates to ensure compliance and alignment with corporate protocols and recruitment metrics
  • Develop professional networks with industry groups, universities, community partners, and organizations to broaden sourcing channels
  • Evaluate and optimize recruitment strategies, adjusting tactics as needed
  • Handle multiple competing priorities and requisitions efficiently within tight timelines
  • Record data, generate reports, and track recruitment metrics in partnership with TA Coordinators
  • Participate in strategic initiatives, internal projects, and continuous process improvements
  • Ensure all recruiting activities comply with applicable regulations such as OFCCP, DOL, and other governing bodies

What You Bring To The Table 🎓

  • Full fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with bilingual skills
  • College degree preferred but not mandatory
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%) for job fairs, training, and team meetings
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with all organization levels, including senior leadership
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proven success in meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to attract passive candidates and build proactive, inclusive pipelines using cold calling, networking, and advanced sourcing tools
  • Experience with MS Office, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting technologies; Workday and Phenom experience preferred
  • Autonomous work style with a collaborative spirit
  • A genuine passion for recruiting and talent acquisition
