Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract, identify, and hire exceptional talent across diverse roles. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with candidates and stakeholders in both languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers: understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Conduct candidate outreach: engage with bilingual communities and talent pools.
- Attend college career fairs and hiring events: including occasional Saturday sessions.
- Evaluate candidates: assess skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and assessments.
- Coordinate interviews: schedule and ensure a positive candidate experience in both languages.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS): generate recruitment reports and ensure data accuracy.
- Enforce job bid processes: follow organizational procedures diligently.
- Support employer branding initiatives: attract diverse, bilingual, and multilingual talent.
- Ensure legal compliance: adhere to labor laws and organizational hiring policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree: in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Proven track record as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar HR role.
- Language skills: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Sourcing expertise: Knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruiting platforms, and ATS systems.
- Multitasking ability: Manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
- Legal knowledge: Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Preferred Skills
- High-volume or specialized recruiting: experience in fast-paced or niche markets.
- Employer branding and recruitment marketing: familiarity with strategies to enhance our talent attraction efforts.
