• Pay: $18–$22 per hour based on experience + shared tips + performance bonuses
• Location: Charles County / Southern Maryland area

We are launching a new Mexican street food taco truck focused on quality ingredients, fresh preparation, and fast, friendly service. Our menu features tacos, quesadillas, aguas frescas, elote, churros, and other traditional street food favorites.

Our small, hardworking team takes pride in food quality, cleanliness, speed, and customer experience. Join us as we build something special from the ground up!

What We’re Looking For

We are hiring two dependable bilingual team members who are fluent in both English and Spanish and comfortable working in a fast-paced food truck environment.

Food service experience is preferred, but reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn are equally important.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tacos, quesadillas, salsas, and other menu items
• Assist with prep work and stock management
• Take customer orders and process payments
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Work efficiently during busy rushes and special events
• Support setup and breakdown procedures
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Collaborate effectively within a small team environment

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Reliable transportation
• Weekend and evening availability
• Ability to work outdoors and adapt to fast-paced conditions
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift supplies as needed
