IIIIIIUS Is Hiring A Bilingual Survey Interviewer

Join Our Team as a Bilingual Remote Survey Research Interviewer! 🌎

ICF is seeking flexible, On-Call Bilingual (English & Spanish) Interviewers to support vital health surveys for federal and global health agencies. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful health policies while working entirely remotely.

About the Role

As a Survey Researcher at ICF, you will:

  • Conduct telephone surveys, asking scripted multiple-choice questions and accurately recording responses using a computer-aided system.
  • Engage positively and neutrally with survey participants in a professional manner.
  • Build your skills with support from colleagues and team leads, fostering a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

This position is fully remote and on-call, with approximately 25 hours per week. Hours may vary, and schedule options will be provided by the ICF Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver scripted questions over the phone and record responses with accuracy.
  • Maintain neutrality and unbiased engagement throughout each interview.
  • Learn from experienced colleagues and team leads to develop skills and achieve project goals.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Residency in one of the following states: Pennsylvania, Ohio, Texas, Kentucky, Kansas, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Oklahoma, Nevada, Mississippi, Montana, Louisiana, Idaho, Arkansas, or Alabama.
  • Fluent in reading and writing in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • At least 6 months of call center, customer service, or collections experience (strongly preferred).
  • Experience in collecting and recording public data.

Professional Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent active listening and communication skills, both written and oral. Clear enunciation required.
  • Ability to engage positively with public participants while remaining neutral.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including professionalism, courtesy, and cooperation.
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules and limited overtime as needed.
  • Clear telephone speaking voice and ability to read scripts accurately.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including data entry at 30 words per minute.
  • Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Ability to meet performance metrics consistently.

Pay Range: $25,968.00 – $44,146.00 annually (based on full-time employment, experience, and location).
