Position: Bilingual (Spanish/English) Support Staff – Part-Time

About Abelia Inc.

We are dedicated to providing quality support services and are seeking a reliable and caring bilingual team member to assist with client support and staff coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Translate and communicate effectively between the client, family, and staff
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of support staff
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with the care plan
• Support documentation and communications with the agency

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Knowledge of COMAR regulations (preferred)
• Experience in DDA, caregiving, or human services (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work part-time with flexible scheduling

Schedule:

Part-time (hours vary based on client needs). Mostly remote work with occasional onsite visits (Quarterly).
