What You’ll Do 📌

As the Director of International Supply Chain, you will oversee strategic supply chain operations across diverse markets, focusing on sourcing, distribution, and operational support. Your leadership will drive new market entry, foster strong franchise partner relationships, and align global strategies to ensure service excellence, cost efficiency, and high quality.

Responsibilities 📝

• Build and lead regional supply strategies across both direct (food, packaging, equipment) and indirect (logistics, services) categories
• Develop scalable sourcing strategies by leveraging global partnerships while customizing for local and regional needs
• Drive supply chain execution for new markets, including pre-market assessments, supplier qualification, and regulatory compliance
• Partner with franchisees as a supply chain expert, addressing challenges with agility and commercial insight
• Support implementation and optimization of supplier relationship management, vendor-managed inventory, and procurement digitization tools

Qualifications 🎯

• Over 10+ years in international or regional supply chain leadership within QSR, foodservice, FMCG, or CPG industries specifically in Latin America
• Proven experience navigating complex markets, managing change, and building supply chains from scratch or improving existing ones
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and data analytics platforms such as Power BI
• Fluent in English and Spanish is required
• Willingness to travel frequently across markets ✈️
