Join Our Team as a Site Supervisor – Landscaping 🌿

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to lead our landscaping crews, oversee project execution, and uphold safety and quality standards in the field.

About the Role

The Site Supervisor – Landscaping plays a pivotal leadership role, managing daily landscape maintenance and installation operations. Reporting to the Production or Operations Manager, you will guide crews, coordinate job sites, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to top-quality standards. As a key representative of our company, you’ll uphold professionalism, enforce safety protocols, and foster a motivated team environment.

Key Responsibilities

⚠️ Safety & Compliance

• Enforce all company safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Conduct daily safety checks and address hazards or violations immediately

👷 Crew Leadership

• Direct, supervise, and support landscaping crews during work hours
• Communicate daily goals, timelines, and expectations clearly
• Provide training and coaching to improve performance and skill development

🛠️ Project Execution

• Oversee landscape installation and maintenance tasks, ensuring they meet specifications
• Monitor work quality to meet company and client standards
• Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues before they escalate

📅 Daily Operations

• Organize and lead morning dispatches and end-of-day debriefs
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and materials are maintained, loaded, and ready for each job
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and professionalism at all times

⏱️ Scheduling & Efficiency

• Coordinate with the Production or Operations Manager to schedule crews, prioritize jobs, and plan routes based on project scope and budget
• Maximize productivity through effective management of time, resources, and workflow

🔎 Site Inspections

• Conduct regular walk-throughs to assess turf health, planting conditions, irrigation, and overall site appearance
• Report issues and suggest solutions to management

🚀 Start-Up & Job Handoffs

• Participate in new project hand-offs with Project Managers and Operations Managers
• Ensure smooth setup and execution from day one

🧹 Enforcing Company Standards

• Ensure team members adhere to dress codes, equipment care, and company policies
• Maintain a professional image for crew vehicles, tools, and job sites

Qualifications

• 4+ years of supervisory experience in landscaping or related outdoor services
• Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills
• Proficiency in operating landscaping tools, equipment, and vehicles safely
• Ability to interpret and execute landscape plans and job scopes
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
