About the Role

The Bilingual Supervisor, Care Management Support is a frontline leader responsible for driving team performance, engagement, and operational success. This role oversees non-clinical support associates managing inbound and outbound calls, research, and case coordination to support our members’ health and wellness. Schedule

Flexibility is essential! Supervisors must be able to cover associate schedules from Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET, with occasional Saturday coverage (9:00 AM–6:00 PM) as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team 🚀

  • Provide daily oversight and coaching to associates supporting inbound, outbound, and manual research workstreams.
  • Foster engagement through regular feedback, recognition, and professional development.

Drive Operational Excellence 📈

  • Ensure adherence to productivity, quality, and service-level goals.
  • Leverage performance data to identify opportunities and implement solutions for improvement.

Deliver Leadership Rhythm and Accountability 🗓️

  • Conduct at least two team meetings and one 1:1 per associate monthly.
  • Complete call quality reviews and performance evaluations in alignment with company standards.

Support Projects, Pilots, and Innovation 💡

  • Participate in departmental pilots and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with partners to operationalize successful pilots into standard workflows.

Ensure Policy and Compliance Adherence ✅

  • Uphold policies, procedures, and compliance standards across operations.
  • Promote a culture of integrity and accountability.

Recruitment and Workforce Development 🌱

  • Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and supporting new team members.
  • Partner with leadership and HR to strengthen the talent pipeline and team culture.

Cross-Functional Collaboration 🤝

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to resolve escalations and ensure seamless experiences for members and teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 🔸 Bilingual (Spanish/English), with the ability to pass a language assessment.
  • 🔸 Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience guiding teams toward productivity and quality goals.
  • 🔸 Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, metrics-driven call center environment.
  • 🔸 Prior involvement in supporting or leading projects, pilots, or strategic initiatives.
  • 🔸 Proven ability to analyze data, make independent decisions, and adapt in changing environments.
  • 🔸 Strong communication skills to motivate, coach, and influence others.
  • 🔸 Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • 🔸 Flexibility to work hours as needed for business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related fields.
  • Call center or related operational experience.
  • Experience using data analysis to drive outcomes.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or similar process improvement certification.
  • Leadership experience within a contact center or performance metric environment.

Work-At-Home Requirements 🏡

  • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps recommended.
  • Wired or wireless connections preferred; satellite or cellular connections require prior approval.
  • Employees in California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will receive a bi-weekly internet stipend.
  • Humana provides necessary telephone equipment.
  • Dedicated workspace free of interruptions to ensure confidentiality.

Travel Expectations ✈️

This is a remote position; however, occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required.

Compensation Range 💰

This range reflects the starting annual salary for full-time employment, variable based on location and experience:

$59,300 - $80,900 per year

This role is eligible for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.
