A Day in the Life of a Store Manager in Training 📅

• Sales: Set goals, oversee sales activities, approve rental agreements, and monitor revenue growth 📈
• Account Management: Manage collections, follow-up on accounts, approve customer commitments, and ensure team compliance with procedures 💼
• Leadership: Achieve profit targets, manage resources, ensure policy compliance, oversee inventory, and resolve issues swiftly 🔧
• Coworker Management: Train and develop staff, organize daily activities, recruit, retain talent, and deliver exceptional customer service 🤝

Minimum Requirements ✅

• 3 – 5 years of retail or management experience 🏬
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program 🎓
• Proficiency in store operation applications and computer skills 💻
• Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record 🚗 (You will be driving company vehicles)
