About the Role
This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. As a Store Associate, you'll work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer product inquiries, and recommend suitable solutions. You will ensure customer concerns are promptly resolved to maximize satisfaction, stay current with product features, and uphold the high quality and visual standards of our store. Your primary focus will be delivering excellent service while achieving sales targets.
⚠️ The role involves contact with customers, including minors, access to cash and payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and valuable store merchandise. To protect our operations and reputation, a criminal history review is conducted.

- Product Handling 📦: Maintain inventory, pull products, and stock shelves
- Product Customization 🎨: Tint and mix paints per customer specifications
- Store Maintenance 🧹: Keep displays, equipment, and areas clean and organized
- Delivery Support 🚚: Assist with loading, unloading, and making deliveries as needed
- Knowledge & Improvement 💡: Stay informed about products and suggest sales improvements
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements ✅
- At least 18 years of age
- Legal authorization to work without sponsorship
- Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Valid unrestricted Driver's License 🚗
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodations
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications 🌟
- High School diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles
- Previous experience selling paint or related products
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
