Position Overview

Store Associates work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, answer inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions. They are committed to promptly resolving customer concerns to maximize client satisfaction, staying current with product features, and maintaining the high-quality visual standards of our products and stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service & Sales: Provide excellent service, meet sales goals, and assist customers effectively.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product features to assist customers accurately.
  • Store Standards: Maintain the visual and quality standards of the store’s products.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, including minors, and address their questions and needs.
  • Handling Cash & Payment Methods: Manage transactions, access cash, and process payments securely.

Some interactions and access may be supervised or unsupervised.
