Role Overview: Store Associate

This position is crucial to the success of our retail stores. As a Store Associate, you'll work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to:

  • Determine their needs
  • Answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products
  • Recommend appropriate solutions
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly
  • Ensure maximum client satisfaction
  • Stay updated with product features
  • Maintain high-quality visual standards
  • Achieve excellent customer service and meet sales goals
