Epic Personnel Partners is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Staffing Specialist to source, screen, and hire top talent across various roles. If you're passionate about recruitment and fluent in both English and Spanish, we want to hear from you!

🔹 Position Details

Location: Ashland, VA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various recruiting channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Manage candidate relationships and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.

🔹 Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within staffing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
• 🔥 Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
