Bilingual Staffing Sales Executive

Schedule: Monday - Friday

We are now looking for a Staffing Sales Executive who is ready to embrace autonomy, meaningful projects, and a compensation structure that rewards effort and results; you will also have the opportunity to grow with the company and this is certainly a great opportunity today.

In this position, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, focusing primarily on selling staffing services to mid-sized and large warehousing, distribution, manufacturing and logistics companies.

You will spend your days both in the office, on the phones and on the road, building new relationships, cultivating existing ones, answering questions and concerns and developing creative solutions to support your clients' staffing needs.

What you will do as a Staffing Sales Executive?

• Identify New Opportunities:Develop relationships with potential clients through cold calls, emails, in-person meetings, and networking on job boards.
• Present Solutions: Showcase DreamJob Stasffing's services to potential clients through polished presentations, trade shows, and other large-scale events.
• Drive Growth: Create innovative strategies to achieve and exceed monthly sales goals, contributing to company profitability.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain a deep understanding of light industrial staffing trends to address client questions and anticipate market demands.
• Selling Thoughtfully: No hard-sell pressure tactics here. Implement strategies that expand our reach without compromising quality.
• Crafting Solutions: Negotiate deals that make everyone—clients, candidates, and you—feel good about the situation.

• Been There, Done That: You've got experience in staffing or recruiting sales.
• Deal Closer Extraordinaire: You know how to negotiate with the best of them. You're not just selling; you're building trust and relationships.

• Bilingual - Spanish and English.
