Labor Solutions is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Staffing Coordinator to support our staffing operations. The ideal candidate will excel in recruitment, client communication, and candidate support, ensuring top-quality service and fulfillment of client requests.

Starting Pay 💵

$17-18/hr

8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities 🤝

• Conduct active recruitment efforts to source qualified candidates.
• Greet and assist walk-in candidates.
• Answer inbound phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure all staffing requests are fulfilled.
• Prioritize quality by thoroughly screening, orienting, and training temporary staff before placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives through effective communication.
• Ensure all new hire paperwork is accurate and complete prior to assignment.
• Coordinate closely with internal staff, demonstrating excellent communication skills.

Requirements ✅

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Effective communicator via email, phone, and in person.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong sense of urgency and flexibility, including availability on weekends if needed.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computer applications.
• Recruiting experience is a plus.
