We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven bilingual Spanish/English Senior Marketer to join our Commodity Sales team in New York, focusing on developing and servicing clients across the entire commodity supply chain. This opportunity is available at the Vice President or Director level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth: Leverage existing corporate relationships and actively pursue new client opportunities.
• Client needs analysis: Identify client requirements in commodity risk management, mainly on the consumer side across the Americas (U.S., Canada, Latin America).
• Relationship management: Develop and maintain strong client connections through regular updates on market news, trends, and product innovations while identifying emerging needs.
• Documentation processes: Initiate and follow up on credit and legal documentation, ensuring proper setup for pre-dealing and post-dealing activities.
• Asset class specialization: Focus on Power and provide customized derivatives solutions to meet client hedging requirements.

Requirements:

• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Experience: At least 5/10 years in financial services, with 3/5 years in marketing at reputable financial institutions; proven track record of managing a solid client portfolio.
• Technical expertise: Deep knowledge in Natural Gas, Power, Crude Oil, Residuals, Refined Products, and financial instruments such as swaps and options.
• Professional skills: Commitment to delivering high-quality products and execution with professionalism and timeliness, following internal policies and procedures.
• Leadership abilities: Excellent leadership and mentorship skills with a collaborative approach to drive strategic initiatives.
• Adaptability & Prioritization: Ability to thrive in changing environments and effectively manage multiple tasks.
• Team collaboration: A strong communicator who shares information freely to strengthen business relationships.
• Language proficiency: Fluency in Spanish is required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Vice President Level: Salary range between $200,000 - $250,000.

Director Level: Salary range between $250,000 - $300,000.

Actual base salary depends on experience, education, skills, licensure, and organizational needs. This is part of a comprehensive total rewards package, including a generous benefits plan and potential discretionary incentives based on performance.
