Our Call & Contact Centers serve as the main touchpoint for customers, ensuring expectations are met and smoothly managed throughout the project lifecycle.

About the Role 📝

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to become part of our vibrant team. This role requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment, a keen willingness to learn, and the ability to effectively communicate and assist customers with courtesy and professionalism. A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential to deliver outstanding service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities 👍

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Book appointments with high data accuracy
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills consistently
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
  • Adapt to rapidly changing guidelines and customer needs
  • Explain procedures, answer questions, and provide relevant information to clients
  • Adhere to standards and guidelines to maintain and improve quality results

Requirements ✅

  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • Preferred: Minimum one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask: speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing concurrently
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
