In this role, you will implement behavior intervention plans, assist with patient care, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, all while fostering a positive environment for our clients.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized care plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
• Assist clients with daily living activities, promoting independence and skill development
• Monitor and document client behavior and progress, maintaining accurate records
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and modify treatment strategies
• Provide support during therapy sessions, ensuring safety and supportiveness
• Educate clients and families about behavioral health strategies and concepts
• Uphold confidentiality standards in accordance with HIPAA regulations

🎓 Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism (preferred)
• Knowledge of medical terminology and behavioral health practices is a plus
• Familiarity with care plans and applied behavior analysis principles
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to clients
• Ability to work effectively within a team and show initiative independently
