Position Overview
We're seeking a Bilingual Senior Customer Coordinator to handle inbound and outbound calls related to consumer deposit accounts. This role involves servicing customers in both English and Spanish, emphasizing customer satisfaction and recovery efforts while maintaining long-term relationships.
Responsibilities ✨
- Manage inbound and outbound collection and recovery calls 📞
- Service customers in English and Spanish 🌎
- Perform detailed account research 📝
- Overcome objections and educate customers about their accounts 💬
- Follow company guidelines and procedures through various training methods 📚
- Participate in team meetings 🤝
- Update account information and document activities accurately 🖥️
- Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and comply with regulatory standards 🎯
Assessment Requirement ✅
Candidates must complete a language assessment to demonstrate bilingual proficiency.
Basic Qualifications 🌟
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification 📜
- At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience 📞
- At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office 💻
- Fluent in both Spanish and English 🗣️
Preferred Qualifications 🌟
- 4+ years of Customer Service or Call Center experience 🏆
- At least 1 year in the Financial Industry 💰
- At least 1 year of Collections experience 💼
Work From Home Technology Requirements 💻
- Secure, noise-free home office environment 🔒
- Reliable private internet connection (non-cellular) 📶
- Ownership of a password-protected private network 🛡️
- Internet provided by Cable or Fiber ISPs; hotspots and satellite services are not permitted 🚫
- Minimum download speed of 5 Mbps (10+ Mbps preferred) for VPN use ⚡
- Speed test validations via www.google.com
- Both wired and WiFi connections are acceptable if they meet speed and security standards ✅

Work From Home Location Requirements 🗺️

Salary Range 💵
- Remote (US-wide): $49,774 annually
- Richmond, VA: $49,774 annually
- Other locations will follow their local pay ranges, as specified in the offer letter.
