About the Role

Are you passionate about supporting local businesses and eager to contribute to their growth? Yelp is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Spanish-speaking Customer Success Representative to provide a 5-star experience to our small business advertisers. As part of our Customer Success team, your mission will be to support, consult, and retain our advertisers post-sale. What You'll Do

  • Boost revenue retention by delivering exceptional and timely customer support
  • Consult and educate Yelp advertisers through extensive inbound calls and emails
  • Demonstrate value by highlighting ad performance metrics and investment return
  • Become an expert in Yelp's advertising solutions, adapting recommendations to client needs with probing questions and objection handling
  • Communicate effectively both externally with clients and internally with team members
  • Stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
  • Achieve and surpass monthly goals consistently
  • Serve both English and Spanish-speaking customers

What It Takes To Succeed

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
  • Language proficiency: Fluency in written and verbal Spanish and English
  • Technical skills: Comfortable with computers and information systems
  • Strong communication skills: Confident in verbal and written interactions
  • Problem-solving abilities: Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Preferred background: Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business
  • Passion for local businesses: Understanding their essential role in local economies
  • Time management: Excellence in organizing and tracking multiple details
  • Professionalism: Capable of handling tough conversations with solutions-oriented mindset
  • Adaptive mindset: Comfortable in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
  • Openness to feedback: Willing to learn and improve
