Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including merchandising and product launches
• Meet and exceed sales goals, providing customers with outstanding experiences
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service targets
• Implement training programs to ensure leadership success

What Our Most Successful Store Managers Possess

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Minimum of three years in sales and/or customer service, preferably in telecommunications or related industries
• Previous management experience
• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
• Ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders beyond the store

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $66,100 – $99,100 per year, plus up to $22,000 in annual commissions if sales goals are met. Actual starting salary may vary based on geography, experience, education, and training.
