Our client is looking to fill the role of a Bilingual Spanish recruiter needed for rapid-growth client in Midtown, NYC. Seeking a recruiter with 2+ years relevant experience recruiting hourly and corporate employees. Work closely with solid HR team in an environment that has been growing through acquisition. Must be able to work fully onsite.

• 75-80K base salary

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• 2+ years experience recruiting hourly employees
• Fluency in Spanish
• Able to work 5 days/week onsite

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in consumer products firm
• Prior experience working with non-union employees
• Prior experience with employee relations
• Prior experience in rapid-growth environment
