Job Title: Bilingual Spanish Human Resources Recruiter

We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Spanish-speaking Human Resources Recruiter to be a vital part of our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing talent acquisition and supporting new team members with full-cycle recruitment and onboarding. 🌟

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications for various roles.
  • Facilitate interviews with prospective employees, assessing their skills and experience.
  • Support onboarding by managing paperwork and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with bilingual candidates to address inquiries and provide information.
  • Handle dispatching tasks for coordinating candidate job placements.
  • Organize and lead orientations to introduce new employees to company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records by filing, tracking payroll, and updating candidate data.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet tight deadlines in a competitive setting.
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to streamline administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance standards are upheld throughout the recruitment and employment process.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 🇪🇸
  • Minimum of two years experience in recruiting, customer service, and administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding compliance requirements.
  • Experience coordinating onboarding for new permanent employees.
