We are looking for a dynamic and driven Bilingual Spanish Recruiter to support high-volume recruitment across a variety of roles. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, fluency in both English and Spanish, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with impactful opportunities. Previous call center experience and a solid work history are essential for success.

Position Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles, focusing on Spanish-speaking talent. ๐ŸŒŽ
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance. ๐Ÿ“‹
  • Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish, ensuring cultural fit and role alignment. ๐Ÿ’ฌ
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. ๐Ÿค
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. ๐Ÿ”„
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to manage candidate activity. ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ
  • Represent the company at virtual and in-person job fairs and recruitment events. ๐ŸŽ‰
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process. โš–๏ธ
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism. ๐ŸŒŸ

Candidate Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associateโ€™s or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent/professional level required)
  • Proven work history demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and results
  • Min. 1โ€“2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or call center environments
  • Prior call center experience (as recruiter or agent) is strongly preferred
  • Strong sourcing techniques and familiarity with recruiting tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Physical & Employment Conditions

This position operates within a professional office environment, largely sedentary, involving phone and computer work. Occasional movement and lifting up to 40 pounds may be required.
