Position Overview

As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network, based at the Zaramora branch in San Antonio, Texas, you'll build and deepen customer relationships through a structured sales process, engaging clients in meaningful financial conversations to identify tailored solutions.

What You'll Do

• Acquire & Deepen Customer Relationships: Generate new business through proactive sales activities and manage the customer experience to enhance financial wellbeing. Collaborate with partners to grow customer wallet share and position PNC solutions for revenue growth and loyalty.
• Drive Sales Conversations: Engage customers via outbound calls, service-to-sales interactions, teller conversations, appointments, and lobby engagement. Ensure each interaction includes a comprehensive PNC needs assessment, leveraging ecosystem partnerships and community contacts.
• Create Customer Loyalty: Provide a differentiated experience through lobby activities, educate clients on managing transactions with technology, and tailor PNC products to meet their needs.
• Problem Solving & Risk Management: Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively while adhering to policies and demonstrating sound judgment to mitigate risks.
• Branch Operations: Participate in daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all branch activities.

Experience & Education
