Job Description

• Acquire & Deepen Customer Relationships: Engage in proactive sales and service activities to expand the branch customer base. Focus on improving customers' financial wellbeing by identifying opportunities and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow their share of wallet. Utilize PNC solutions to generate new revenue and foster customer loyalty. 💼
• Drive Sales Conversations: Lead proactive sales through internal and outbound interactions, including calling, service-to-sales, teller engagements, and appointment setting. Aim to elevate client loyalty by delivering comprehensive PNC solutions during every interaction. Leverage community centers of influence to expand relationships. 📞🤝
• Create Customer Loyalty: Deliver differentiated customer experiences through lobby engagement, connecting with customers to meet their needs and educate them on managing transactions via technology and tools. 🌟
• Identify & Solve Customer Problems: Apply product and procedural knowledge to address customer issues effectively, enhancing loyalty.
• Manage Risk & Operations: Follow all policies and procedures diligently, demonstrate sound judgment, and participate in branch daily operations efficiently and accurately. ⚠️
