As a Personal Banker, you'll play a vital role in building and strengthening customer relationships while based in Orlando, FL 32803. Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required.
Job Description
- Customer Acquisition & Deepening: Grow the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Identify opportunities to enhance customers’ financial well-being and collaborate with ecosystem partners to increase wallet share. Tailor PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty.
- Proactive Sales & Client Engagement: Conduct outbound and internal sales conversations using a structured process including calls, appointments, and lobby interactions to elevate client loyalty. Deliver comprehensive PNC solutions with each client interaction by leveraging community centers and ecosystem partnerships.
- Customer Loyalty & Education: Create memorable experiences that grow customer share of wallet. Perform lobby engagements and educate clients on managing financial transactions through technology and resources.
- Problem Solving & Risk Management: Apply product and procedural knowledge to address customer issues effectively while adhering to policies. Demonstrate sound judgment and vigilance to prevent loss. Participate in branch operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
