Position Overview
As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking Organization, you will be instrumental in growing and deepening customer relationships through proactive sales and personalized service. Your role involves managing customer interactions, identifying financial solutions, and collaborating with community partners to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities 📝
- Customer Growth & Service: Acquire and nurture the branch customer base through sales activities and service excellence. Focus on improving clients' financial wellbeing by identifying opportunities and offering tailored solutions.
- Proactive Sales & Engagement: Drive sales conversations via outbound calls, lobby interactions, and appointment setting. Use the PNC sales process to seamlessly identify and recommend suitable products.
- Customer Loyalty & Education: Foster loyalty by creating memorable customer experiences. Educate clients on managing transactions efficiently through technology and resources.
- Problem Solving & Risk Management: Apply your product knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring adherence to policies and safeguarding the branch against risks.
- Branch Operations: Support daily branch operations with accuracy and efficiency, contributing to a positive team environment.
