Position Overview

Bilingual Spanish Inbound Customer Service Agent - Consumer Relations (Remote)

Locations Available: Rapid City, SD; Austin, TX; Columbia, SC; Columbus, OH; Jackson, MS; Louisville, KY; Nashville, TN; Oklahoma City, OK; Salt Lake City, UT; Sioux Falls, SD

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Bilingual Remote Consumer Advocate with ASI/GE Appliances, you will:

  • Resolve escalated customer service issues in English and Spanish, creating an outstanding experience for GE Appliance consumers
  • Advocate with internal departments for satisfactory resolutions
  • Impact owners' experiences positively and build your career in customer service

Compensation: $17.85/hour + incentives, paid weekly.

Training & Work Schedule

  • Training: 10 weeks full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST
  • Post-Training Shifts: 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday

During training, you'll learn to use multiple Windows-based programs, include:

  • Resolving escalated customer concerns and capturing all relevant information
  • Following structured processes to resolve issues
  • Engaging customers via phone, email, or text
  • Negotiating creative solutions and gaining stakeholder support
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction before case closure

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) 🗣️
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of call-center experience
  • Minimum 2 years of escalated customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Experience working remotely (preferred)

Remote Work Environment Requirements

  • Stable internet connection: Ping ≤ 50 Mbps; Download ≥ 50 Mbps; Upload ≥ 15 Mbps
  • Ethernet connection required; no satellite or DSL internet allowed

Note: Remote work depends on business needs; otherwise, a climate-controlled office setting is provided.
