Bilingual Spanish Inbound Customer Service Agent - Consumer Relations (Remote)
Locations: Rapid City, SD | Austin, TX | Columbia, SC | Columbus, OH | Jackson, MS | Louisville, KY | Nashville, TN | Oklahoma City, OK | Salt Lake City, UT | Sioux Falls, SD
How You'll Create Possibilities 🚀
As a Bilingual Remote Consumer Advocate with ASI/GE Appliances, you will:
- Resolve escalated customer service issues in both English and Spanish
- Create outstanding service experiences for GE Appliance consumers
- Advocate with internal teams for timely and satisfactory resolutions
- Start an exciting career with meaningful impact!
Compensation & Training
- Base rate of $17.85/hour + incentives based on quality scores, paid weekly
- 10-week full-time training, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (CST)
- Post-training schedule: 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM (CST), Monday through Friday
Post-Training Responsibilities
After completing training, you will:
- Handle escalated customer concerns using internal applications
- Follow up via phone, email, or text to resolve appliance-related issues
- Negotiate and implement creative solutions in the customer’s best interest
- Coordinate with stakeholders like dispatchers and technicians
- Gather and surface customer concerns with suggested resolutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction before case closure
- Maintain compliance and uphold company values
What You Bring to Our Team 📝
Position Requirements
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1-year Call-Center experience
- At least 2-years Escalated Customer Service experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Experience working from home (preferred)

Requirements for Remote Work 🌐
- Reliable internet connection with Ethernet (no satellite, pre-paid, or DSL)
- Internet speed: Ping ≤ 50 Mbps, Download ≥ 50 Mbps, Upload ≥ 15 Mbps
