Are you an organized, people-focused professional passionate about helping others and keeping operations smooth? QES is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic, fast-paced team, where you'll play a vital role in HR support, employee engagement, and administrative functions.

🌟 Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role with a standard schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please note that remote or hybrid options are not available for this position.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting processes and onboarding of new hires.
• Handle and safeguard confidential employee records and personal information.
• Support daily administrative HR functions such as filing, recordkeeping, and employee communications.
• Respond to employee questions and direct them to the appropriate resources.
• Coordinate and help organize monthly employee events, including luncheons, holiday parties, and recognition celebrations.
• Assist with maintaining the QES swag shop and other employee engagement programs.
• Help with compliance tracking, orientation sessions, and document collection.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in HR support, onboarding, or administrative roles.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to handling sensitive information confidentially.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and across teams collaboratively.
• Enthusiastic, friendly attitude with a proactive, can-do mindset.
• Previous management or team lead experience is a plus.
