As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key part of this mission — handling customer inquiries with creativity and professionalism.

Your Role & Responsibilities 🎯

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve questions or concerns
  • Calmly address and de-escalate issues
  • escalates interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Assist with requests for support and processing payments
  • Track call-related information for audit and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues
  • Upsell products or services if required

Ideal Candidate 🌟

  • Ability to work remotely within a virtual team environment
  • Preferred: 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be over 18 years old
  • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Comfortable working with desktop computer systems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Good logical problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient with Windows operating systems
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Work From Home Requirements 🏡

  • Internet Speed: minimum download 15.0 Mbps and upload 5.0 Mbps
  • Stable connection with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Connection types excluded: Satellite, Mobile Data (5G/4G/3G hotspots), P2P, VPN
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Quiet, clean workspace
