This position is based in Naples, Fort Lauderdale, or Miami, FL. It is Bilingual Spanish, so fluency is required.

📝 A Brief Overview

The Territory Relationship Manager is responsible for meeting sales goals that enhance Safelite utilization by cultivating strong relationships with select insurance agencies and commercial clients. Your role involves engaging in sales activities to forge relationships and reinforce Safelite’s value proposition. This is a proactive, results-oriented role requiring excellent communication and influence skills.

🎯 What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase Safelite’s presence within your territory, focusing on insurance agencies and commercial clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships by attending conferences, community events, continuing education classes, and making in-person visits to agent offices and businesses.
  • Track performance regularly, including monitoring sales activities and reporting progress to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Agency Care, Commercial Support, and field operations teams to resolve issues and ensure a top-tier customer experience.

🛠️ What You’ll Need:

  • Fluent Bilingual Spanish
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of B2B sales or related experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation
  • Strong relationship-building, conflict resolution, and networking abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently to meet KPIs
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing conditions
  • Persuasive and inspiring attitude to motivate others and align interests with Safelite
