About the Role

Position: Bilingual Spanish Enrollment Specialist

Location: Remote (Operating in 38 states & expanding!)

Host: Courtney Labonte

As a vital member of our team, you will educate patients, their families, and guardians about insurance options, gather necessary information, explain various health plans, and facilitate the enrollment process.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year 💰
• Annual Bonus: Up to 20% of your salary (Additional $15K annually) 🎉

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree: Preferred 🎓
• Experience: 3+ years in patient-facing healthcare roles (case management, insurance eligibility, Medicaid, etc.) 🩺
• Fast-paced environment: Ability to thrive in dynamic settings ⚡
• Personality: Confident, outgoing, personable 😊
• Language: Bilingual Spanish is required 🗣️
