Now Hiring: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English & Spanish) π
We are seeking passionate, empathetic, and persuasive individuals to deliver exceptional customer support to our rapidly growing client base. If you excel at connecting with people and turning conversations around, this remote, full-time position might be perfect for you! π₯οΈβ¨
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM PST | Hourly Rate: $18/hr + occasional overtime
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish πβοΈπ¬
- Use consultative sales skills to assess client goals, educate on eSalon's benefits, propose tailored solutions, and help retain clients π§΄π―
- Retain clients in accordance with company standards and customer needs π€
- Meet and exceed individual targets
- Accurately document client interactions in CRM systems π
- Communicate retention activities and progress
- Respond to clients and reviews via social media platforms π±
- Collaborate professionally with other departments and seek advice when needed π€
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanishβexcellent spoken and written communication ποΈπ
- Over 1 year of customer service or call center experience, preferably with a focus on retention sales π
- Proven sales abilities in solution or service-oriented environments
- Experience using CRM systems, with a focus on documenting calls and activities π₯οΈ
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
- Strong client retention record
- Exceptional writing skills
- Stable work history
- Reliable internet connection of at least 50MB speed π
- Energetic and highly motivated
- Experience with Zendesk a plus
- Adaptable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Availability during working hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM PST
- Based in the USA and able to attend occasional trainings and events at our El Segundo, CA headquarters π’
