About this role

As an Emerging Markets Manager, you will lead and coach a team of Account Executives, transforming how restaurants operate in diverse markets. You'll collaborate closely with leadership to identify opportunities and tailor solutions that help these businesses thrive, all while supporting Toast’s mission to build the restaurant platform of the future.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage 6-8 Account Executives, ensuring team productivity and pipeline health 📊
• Coach reps to conduct effective discovery meetings, live demonstrations, and craft tailored solutions in Spanish 🇪🇸
• Support the Director by collecting frontline feedback to guide resource allocation in emerging markets 💡
• Identify opportunities to optimize sales funnels with an entrepreneurial mindset 🚀
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet sales expectations in delivery and implementation 🤝

Do you have the right ingredients? 🥄

• Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to coach team members and communicate prospects effectively 🌐
• 5+ years of sales experience in sourcing and/or closing roles 🏆
• 3+ years of leadership experience, demonstrating success and motivation 🎯
• Proven track record of achievement and inspiring teams 💪
• Entrepreneurial, creative, flexible, and thrive under pressure 🌟

The estimated Total Targeted Cash Compensation Range for this role is:

• $181,000—$290,000 USD

This includes base salary, commission, benefits, and equity (if eligible). The role offers uncapped commissions, with starting salary determined based on skills, experience, and location.
