About the Role (Responsibilities)
- Manage and Coach: Lead 6-8 Account Executives, ensuring their productivity and pipeline health.
- Spanish-Specific Coaching: Guide reps to conduct effective discovery meetings, live demos, and craft tailored solutions in Spanish.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with the Director by gathering frontline feedback to identify where to invest resources in emerging markets.
- Market Efficiency: Find opportunities to optimize the sales funnel with an entrepreneurial mindset in each market.
- Cross-Team Partnership: Work with various teams to ensure sales commitments translate into successful delivery.
What You Bring (Requirements)
- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to coach team members and communicate effectively with prospects in Spanish.
- Experience: Over 5 years of sales experience in sourcing and/or closing roles.
- Leadership: More than 3 years of leadership experience.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of achieving results.
- Inspiration & Motivation: Passionate about inspiring and motivating teams.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-motivated, creative, flexible, and able to perform under pressure.

The estimated Total Targeted Cash compensation for this role ranges from $181,000 to $290,000 USD. This includes base salary, commission, benefits, and possibly equity (if eligible). The starting salary will depend on skills, experience, and location. This role features uncapped commissions.
