About the Role 📝

The Bilingual Call Center Representative will support a high-volume inbound call center, assisting both English- and Spanish-speaking customers. This contract-to-hire position is perfect for individuals passionate about customer service, eager to grow into a long-term role, and committed to making a difference.

You will serve as a trusted point of contact, providing clear information, guidance, and support while ensuring each caller feels heard and valued.

Work Schedule & Location 📍

Fully in-office for the first 6 months
Opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule after the initial period, depending on performance and business needs

Key Responsibilities ✅

Handle a high volume of inbound calls in both English and Spanish
Provide accurate, empathetic, and professional customer support
Assist callers with questions, concerns, and service-related needs
Document all customer interactions clearly in internal systems
Adhere to call center policies, procedures, and quality standards
Escalate complex issues as necessary while maintaining a positive caller experience
Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

Qualifications 🌟

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in both languages
Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining service quality
Comfortable working fully in-office during the initial contract period
