Pay Rate: $15/hour + $550 Monthly Bonus Potential

Hours: Monday- Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

The Customer Service Representative Will Be Responsible For

• Assisting patients to resolve billing issues, handling complaints, and setting up payment plans.
• Inbound and Outbound calls to patients regarding bills.
• Documenting customer complaints, issues, and interactions in appropriate system(s)
• Performing other duties as needed and assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Work Requirements:

• 7-year Background Check
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• High speed Internet connection (DSL / Cable) capable of speeds over 100 mbps.
