Job Description

We are seeking someone with a lively, energetic personality who can deliver top-notch customer service via phone and email. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing orders from clients through email, phone, or in person
• Assisting in-person customers at the counter when needed
• Providing excellent communication in both English and Spanish (reading and writing required)
• Traveling out of state for trade shows 4-6 times annually, once hired

Ideal candidate: Has over 3 years of office-based customer service experience with a focus on client interaction and order processing.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bilingual Spanish (read and write): MANDATORY
• Office-based customer service experience: At least 1 year required
