We're Hiring: Growth Sales District Manager

About This Role 📝

• Manage and develop a quota-achieving sales team
• Cultivate, build, and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage the full sales process from initial interest to closing
• Become a Toast platform expert through continuous learning
• Assist in training staff and management
• Track and analyze sales statistics based on key metrics
• Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively

Do You Have the Right Ingredients? 🥘

• Fluent in Spanish: Must be able to coach reps and communicate with prospects in Spanish
• 1+ years of sales management experience with complex software solutions (preferably SaaS)
• Proven success in building customer-facing, quota-achieving sales teams with emphasis on staff development, prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business
• Metrics-driven mindset to optimize team performance
• Experience managing a fast-paced, transactional sales team
• Experience with software demos and technology solutions
• Strong business acumen, goal orientation, and a solid track record of achieving targets
• Self-starter with a driven attitude and a desire to succeed
• Payroll and POS experience is a plus but not required

Total Compensation 💰

The estimated Total Targeted Cash range for this role is $181,000—$290,000 USD. This includes base salary, commission (uncapped), benefits, and equity (if eligible). Salary offers will be determined based on skills, experience, and location.
