📝 About This Role

• Verify, qualify, and confirm customer appointments to meet company standards
• Contact customers to assess appointment eligibility and document confirmation results
• Collaborate closely with scheduling and sales teams
• Manage leads by tracking, following up, and setting appointments to achieve sales goals
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm
• Weekend availability: Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (a must!)

🎯 Key Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in quality assurance or call center roles
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in data entry and Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of 30 WPM or higher
• Experience with Five9 platform is a bonus
• Ability to multitask effectively across different platforms while engaging with customers
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Active listening skills and rapport-building ability
• Outgoing, assertive, and professional demeanor
• Attention to detail
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
