How Will You Make an Impact 🎯
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll:
- Assist customers with account and product inquiries via phone and email.
- Perform account maintenance for payment processing.
- Deliver exceptional customer care in a fast-paced, structured environment.
- Manage call volumes ranging from 20-50 calls and 70-90 emails daily.
- Support a team committed to providing remarkable customer experiences.
Success in this role requires a positive attitude, team spirit, and proven customer service success.
Daily Responsibilities ☑️
- Provide extraordinary care by responding to customer inquiries via phone & email.
- Support multiple payment processing products and services.
- Ensure professional handling of all customer requests, aligning with our Customer First philosophy.
- Assist with maintenance, transactions, and funds-related inquiries.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and identify effective resolutions.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines with integrity.
Minimum Qualifications ✅
- At least 2+ years of customer service experience, fluent in English and Spanish.
- Proven success in dynamic, customer-focused environments.
- Proficiency with web-based platforms such as Salesforce, Slack, G-Suite.
- Ability to adapt to change and commit to continuous learning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience in financial servicing and payment processing industries.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Background in restaurant or retail sectors.
Work Hours & Compensation 🕒💰
Our operational hours are from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm with on-call shift rotation. Post-training, shift hours are flexible.
This hourly non-exempt position offers a pay range of $22 - $24 per hour, based on location, experience, and other factors.
