About the Role
The Case Manager will provide direct advocacy and support to individuals impacted by exploitation. Your responsibilities include delivering high-quality services, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and advocating for clients’ rights and needs. Your work will directly contribute to impactful programs and positively transform the lives of survivors.

Key Responsibilities 📝
- Provide crisis coordination and response, assisting clients during challenging situations.
- Ensure clients receive essential resources and advocacy, especially when facing language and cultural barriers.
- Deliver case management services using a relational approach, addressing both immediate and long-term needs.
- Conduct intake, assessments, and service planning in both Spanish and English.
- Adapt case management services for Spanish-speaking clients, including referrals, crisis intervention, and advocacy.
- Perform thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored safety and service plans.
- Support clients in navigating systems such as law enforcement, immigration, court processes, and social services.
- Hold regular meetings with clients for ongoing support and advocacy, adjusting frequency as needed.
- Collaborate with law enforcement, victim service providers, and community organizations.
- Assist clients in identifying needs and connecting them to resources related to housing, employment, health, education, legal aid, and more.
- Accurately document client interactions and activities in the Salesforce database.
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing training.
- Complete required continuing education and certifications such as CPR and First Aid.
Qualifications ✅
- Minimum of 1 year experience in crisis intervention
- Minimum of 1 year experience in case management
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
Compensation & How to Apply 💼
