As a FT Branch & Business Center Assistant Manager within the Parkway Region Retail Banking team, based in West Orange, NJ, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the branch operates securely and in compliance with audit controls, regulatory guidelines, and policies. Manage service and operational functions while building a high-performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development.
- Customer Engagement: Lead proactive, omni-channel client interactions to enhance financial well-being and resolve issues effectively. Influence eco-system partners to promote a superior client experience.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Grow branch revenue via customer acquisition and wallet share expansion. Coach the team to meet sales targets and foster customer loyalty.
- Employee Development: Drive employee engagement by training, coaching, and performance management, ensuring adherence to bank protocols and operational processes.
- Risk Management: Oversee risk-related activities, ensure compliance, and exercise sound decision-making to mitigate operational, reputational, human capital, and business risks.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $47,500 – $97,500, with competitive incentives based on performance and geographic location. Salaries depend on experience, skills, and education.
