About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with the store manager to manage daily store operations, from merchandising and product launches to exceeding sales targets. You will create extraordinary customer experiences with our products and services. Plus, you'll receive comprehensive paid training designed to set you up for leadership success, along with valuable mentoring opportunities.
What Our Most Successful Assistant Store Managers Have
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
- Prior management experience
- Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders beyond the store

Compensation & Perks
The role offers an annual salary ranging from $47,500 to $71,300, complemented by $18,000 in potential annual commissions, provided sales goals are achieved. Salary may vary based on location, experience, and education. Additionally, AT&T provides a host of benefits including:
