What You'll Do

• Partner with the store manager to manage daily store operations
• Assist with merchandising strategies and product launches
• Help meet and surpass sales targets
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through our products and services
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants
• Participate in comprehensive paid training programs focused on leadership success

Our Most Successful Assistant Store Managers Have:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills 💬
• At least 3 years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related fields
• Prior management experience
• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities 🧠
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders beyond the store

Compensation & Rewards

The annual salary for this role ranges from $47,500 to $71,300, with the potential to earn an additional $18,000 in commissions when sales goals are met. Actual starting pay varies based on location, experience, expertise, and education. Plus, enjoy numerous rewards and benefits!

Between $47,500 and $71,300 annually, dependent on various factors.
